I followed all the steps ,until step 4 ,when I run "glance index" ,I got the following,
CientConnectionError：there was an error connecting to an server Details [errno 111] ECONNREFUSED what's really confusing me is I did all the steps yesterday and everything is just fine until ssh to the VM,but today ,I did all the steps again and got stuck on step 4 ,and got the above error. Someone please help me :) Thank you!
