I'll be working on the metering project for the next weeks.
I've started to collect data capture methods that could be used for the
various proposed counters in the blueprint:

So far I didn't check every counter, but I didn't find any good idea
where to hook the agent for v1 and v2. If anyone has one, feel free to
update the wiki.
