Hi! keystone.middleware.auth_token logs a lot of essential info (i.e. problems with the service user) that is not saved in log files. This is described in https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/988951 . A possible fix is mentioned there, too. Please pay attention to this bug.
