This should have the kibosh put on it, like, right now. I really do not see what good could come of this discussion on the mailing list. I, personally, know nothing about the details of this supposed email, her running, or her withdrawal, but I see no point in theory-crafting on the mailing list about a supposed scandal...
This entire article reads as something specifically written to cause people to take sides and talking about it on the mailing list can serve no purpose that I see other than causing fragmentation, rumor-mongering, and anger.
