Assuming some sort of shared filesystem, can I run multiple glance indexes in order to distribute the i/o load across multiple systems? Do I need to run both the registry and API service in each location?
We're running with an NFS-backed data store, and it seems that we could eliminate some network i/o if we were to have each compute note run the glance service locally (but all managing the same directory).
