Hi，ALL，
How to configure nova-network multi hardware gateway when use
nova.network.manager.VlanManager mode? I find some code in
initialize_gateway_device(),but I don't know where is the dnsmasq allocate the
hardware gateway to instance！
Please help me,Thank you.
