All the instances are stuck in task "scheduling", some suggestion:
Is nova-scheduler running?
Is rabbitmq running?
Is rabbitmq_host right in nova.conf?

VM instances are stuck in build state for three days as you can see it
from the attached figure. What do you think is the reason for this?
