Yes, I bet, it's not related with Dashboard, although the error message tells you so. Which version are you installing from where? Do you see other issues with your openstack-installation? Please note, the minimum required set of OpenStack services running includes the following: + Nova (compute, api, scheduler, network, and volume services) + Glance + Keystone Instead of nova volume, you could also use cinder volume. Did you install there and are they working ok?
