You can just use VLAN tagging for this. Personally, unless I have a reason not to, I bond 2 nics using 802.3ad and then tag the bond to however many VLANs I need. If you are new to doing this on Linux it will take a good amount of playing around to get it right, but it is worth knowing how to do.
