GRANT ALL ON keystone.* TO 'keystone'@'192.168.122.10' IDENTIFIED BY 'keystone';
fixed the issue.
but then:
GRANT ALL ON keystone.* TO 'keystone'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'keystone';
what it does?
