For bare metal, solutions include:

MAAS/Juju (MAAS pxe boots the nodes, Juju configures them)

Foreman/Puppet (Foreman pxe boots the nodes, Puppet configures them)

Mirantis Fuel (Fuel takes care of both aspects)
