Hi, guys! There is an ACL's blueprint ( https://blueprints.launchpad.net/cinder/+spec/volume-acl) in Cinder. We have a design ( https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/icehouse-cinder-acls-for-volumes) which you can also see on the blueprint's whiteboard and need some discussion.
