it looks like you will need either a hand build qemu-kvm or qemu-kvm-rhev.
I was able to build qemu-kvm*.src.rpm using "rpmbuild  -ba  --with 
rhev_features --without guest_agent qemu-kvm.spec" using 
qemu-kvm-0.12.1.2-2.415.el6.src.rpm

Now I get rdb when I do an qemu-img -h.
I  have not tested it yet.
