Bird -

We're running with VlanManager on Centos 6.4 on Folsom, Grizzly and Havana and 
it works great for us.  What is the specific issue you're having with it?

Bird,

As I mentioned before, I don't know the answer to this off-hand and
support requests should be going to the openstack general mailing list.
