It seems to me that those extensions (the one you list in the first post on
this thread) are not supported by the ML2 plugin.
Some of them like port-security are supported only by some core plugins (in
that case Nicira).
Other extensions, such as metering, are enabled through service plugins,
which can co-exist with ML2.

In the ask.openstack.org question the problem reported for the CLI and the
server-side warnings are probably independent.
