Openstack support for Intel DPDK vSwitch is available on 01.org. https://01.org/packet-processing/intel%C2%AE-dpdk-vswitch-and-openstack-patches There are patches to Nova, Neutron and devstack and a GSG document. We are working to upstream those changes to Openstack in Juno cycle.
