Thanks Dhanesh, I tried this before. Still hang... EDD is just
a notice, not a issue I think.
I'm not sure but look:

Hi guys,
I'm deploying OpenStack Icehouse with KVM on Centos
6.4 64bit. Everything is good now. However, I can't
boot VM (both Centos and Ubuntu). Ubuntu images I
downloaded from https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com.
Centos was built by myself.
All VMs stuck at booting console, here are startup
logs I copy from the log tab:
Centos 6.5:
https://gist.github.com/ngtuna/2f3065b8d48e462e458c
Ubuntu Lucid:
https://gist.github.com/ngtuna/6b60f94ff4b768766c6b
On console, I see all VMs hang after this line:
"Probing EDD (edd=off to disable)... OK"
I found a post aboud adding "nomodeset" but
unsuccessful for me.

That's very strange. Please help,
