Hey guys! Never mind! Someone within my network, registered the same IP of Neutron in a new server...
It was entirely my problem, nothing to do with OpenStack IceHouse or Ubuntu. I just don't understand why Neutron triggered that error with Namespace, this was the source of my confusion... Everything is running fine now, sorry about the buzz... :-P On 13 August 2014 14:12, Martinx - ジェームズ <[email protected]> wrote: > Guys, > > I just upgraded my Icehouse (using `apt-get update` ;`apt-get > dist-upgrade`) and both dhcp agent and metadata agent died. > > dhcp-agent.og: > --- > 2014-08-13 14:00:15.113 3419 TRACE neutron.agent.dhcp_agent Stderr: > 'Cannot open network namespace > "qdhcp-f0076840-43f3-4b2e-aa15-d6b2422e3795": No such file or directory\n' > --- > > Full log: http://paste.openstack.org/show/94504/ > > I'm using DHCP (for IPv4), and static IPv6, it was working like a charm > until now. > > But the Namespace is here, look: > > --- > root@psuaf-1:~# ip netns exec qdhcp-f0076840-43f3-4b2e-aa15-d6b2422e3795 > ip l > 1: lo: <LOOPBACK,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 65536 qdisc noqueue state UNKNOWN mode > DEFAULT group default > link/loopback 00:00:00:00:00:00 brd 00:00:00:00:00:00 > 22: tap216bf57d-e8: <BROADCAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state > UNKNOWN mode DEFAULT group default > link/ether fa:16:3e:2d:67:53 brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff > --- > > What can I do?! > > I did not touched the configuration files, I mean, the config files are > there, untouched. > > This is a production cloud and it is impossible to create new instances > right now... :-/ > > Tks in advance! > > Regards, > Thiago >
