Hi Mridhul, See http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/config-reference/content/introduction-to-xen.html for the documentation. While it has not been updated for some time, the current documentation is still valid and following it will give you a working environment on icehouse or indeed the current Juno versions. Specifically note the recommendation to use EXT storage (several things only work if you pick EXT storage) but if you pick that, it works great.
Alternatively if you're looking for a quick and easy way to set up XenServer with OpenStack have a look at the script at https://github.com/citrix-openstack/qa/blob/master/install-devstack-xen.sh which will set up a devstack environment on your existing XenServer installation (more information on this setup at https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/XenServer/DevStack) Thanks!
