Hi, We created our own mirror using these scripts https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mirrors/Scripts ( ubumirror it's pretty easy to use) and modify the image to use the mirror que created, with this, all the images will use our mirror.
That's was our solution and it's been working pretty well! Jonathan
