hi,all Currently, the Quota has the only limit, which can be called as hard limit. Once the used resource arrives at the hard limit, it will not be used without any early-warning. we can set a soft limit in Quota and send an early-warning to ceilometerif the used resource arrives at the soft limit, and then send an alarm to user.
