I like the RedHat track approach personally since you will also certify an understanding with a recognizable Linux distribution that extends beyond OpenStack. Lesser known or specialized testing is good if the employer recognizes the issuer as an authority. I've always felt that folks who are really good shine a lot brighter than those carrying a piece of paper.
And no I'm not a huge fan of paper certs as a rule, as you can probably tell. ; ) Mahalo, Adam On May 8, 2015 6:09 PM, "Remo Mattei" <[email protected]> wrote: > I took Red Hat certification. > > Remo > > Inviato da iPhone > > Il giorno 08/mag/2015, alle ore 16:47, Adam Lawson <[email protected]> ha > scritto: > > Not a single one. > > > *Adam Lawson* > > AQORN, Inc. > 427 North Tatnall Street > Ste. 58461 > Wilmington, Delaware 19801-2230 > Toll-free: (844) 4-AQORN-NOW ext. 101 > International: +1 302-387-4660 > Direct: +1 916-246-2072 > > > On Fri, May 8, 2015 at 8:32 AM, Salvo Rapisarda <[email protected]> > wrote: > >> Hi, >> >> I'm planning for OpenStack Mirantis certification (MCA-100). >> >> Do you know someone who took the exam with or without success? >> >> Thanks, >> >> Salvo. >> -- >> Salvo >> >> _______________________________________________ >> Mailing list: >> http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack >> Post to : [email protected] >> Unsubscribe : >> http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack >> > > !DSPAM:1,554d4dfa266791854510428! > > _______________________________________________ > Mailing list: > http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack > Post to : [email protected] > Unsubscribe : > http://lists.openstack.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openstack > > > !DSPAM:1,554d4dfa266791854510428! > >
