Hi George, If you configure RamWeigher and set ram_weight_multiplier to <0 then the scheduler will automatically order the hypervisors by remaining ram (the hypervisor with least ram will be selected first). You may want to implement your own weigher to order your hypervisors in specific ways. (also check out http://docs.openstack.org/kilo/config-reference/content/section_compute-scheduler.html and look for the section of weights)
