All, I setup a devstack w/ Sahara installed. Then I cannot access Horizon. The homepage only return an internal error 500. I think it is possible a Sahara dashboard issue from the log. I have not tried whether devstack w/o Sahara will get this error. I already reported it on https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1483955
