Hi, Rebooting the instance doesn’t change anything. Here is the complete error when trying to mount it manually :
systemd[1]: Mounting /nfs/omnivision... mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on 10.147.60.172:/nfs/omnivision, missing codepage or helper program, or other error (for several filesystems (e.g. nfs, cifs) you might need a /sbin/mount.<type> helper program) In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try dmesg | tail or so. nfs-omnivision.mount: Mount process exited, code=exited status=32 Failed to mount /nfs/omnivision. nfs-omnivision.mount: Unit entered failed state. Do you think that cinder has something to do with this error ? This mount is an operation “local “ to the instance .. Additional info : Same mount operation on the compute node works fine.
