Ah :(

After you've run clean you can remove the whole /opt/stack directory

Also look at /usr/local for tools and python packages that are "probaby" from 
OpenStack.

Cleaning up a machine that you use for other purposes is tough, and running
devstack (well any stack really) is best done on a dedicated machine / VM
