sure, it's the default behaviour of nova if you don't specify other
backends in the nova.conf.

I don't need HA and i don't want to spawn that vms on any other compute node,
i don't like to lose IO performance with iscsi lvm volumes,
basically what i need is just simply pass the ssd lvm volume or
qcow2 image file to vm.
