I did not notice that there also where packages in Ubuntu main....
Totaly got misled the Internet resources telling me to install the Cloud
Archive.
Anyway, now I can continue my instllation. :-)

I don't know devstack, but the Mitaka packages are in the main
repo of Xenial, so you don't need to do any repo adding, just
apt-get install ;)
