It seems to me that this type of unexpected file is perhaps not worth logging
unless it is very old (i.e left by a failed rsync). Right now these look like

And I have good news for you. Patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/391658/
fixed this for you, and it's available as part of Swift 2.11.0 (released a
couple of weeks ago).
