At the top of https://launchpad.net/magnum it states "Note: Please file bugs in https://storyboard.openstack.org"; (the last time I looked, it was still not possible to indicate arbitrary defect trackers from the bugs sub-pages in LP, only certain trackers the developers of LP decided to build integration for). It might be a little more user-friendly if they at least linked https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/project/openstack/magnum instead of the base URL for SB on that main project page, but hopefully it's enough for most people to find what they're looking for. -- Jeremy Stanley
