You have a 12.3 image (which is old too): http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/ARM:/12.3:/Contrib:/Cubox/images/ and a factory image (very recent): http://download.opensuse.org/ports/armv7hl/factory/images/ I have no cubox, so I cannot tell you if it is working fine or not.
