The NTP daemon doesn't start journalctl -xn shows:
Mar 26 15:13:45 linux start-ntpd[1779]: /usr/sbin/start-ntpd: line 144: logger: command not found Mar 26 15:13:45 linux systemd[1]: Failed to start NTP Server Daemon. Yep no logger command, and no rpm providing it (on 12.3 it's in util-linux). It seems like an essential command - is it missing deliberately?
