Not really I'm afraid.

It doesn't tell me where I might look e.g. for the equivalent of
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security/openSUSE_13.2/
for factory armv7l. Or even for 13.2 armv7l, which might be close enough
for things to run.

https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/openSUSE:Factory
Shows 8003 packages. armv7l is nowhere to be seen, armv6l has 8002 of
those 8003 disabled (in ports).

It looks like all the talk is about x86 factory, but I was asking
for ARM packages. I'm having trouble finding any beyond
http://download.opensuse.org/ports/armv7hl/factory/repo/oss/

There are ARM images of oS 13.2, but I can't find the repo for those
packages either.

I'm surprised other repos aren't ARM enabled, I thought oS was available
for ARM generally. Maybe I'm naive, but I'd expect things like editors
or non-hardware-related utilities to compile as-is.

Using obs is nice in theory, I'll try again, but in the past I always
ended up giving up because it's just too cumbersome and too much of a
waste of time. Often that is because there aren't straightforward
instructions and the basics aren't explained.
