Do you mean there is no repository, where updated versions are
available? Or do you rather mean that newer images to not work, i.e.
are not bootable or similar?

Hmm, I was thinking about installing the tumbleweed image and then
changing the repositories and downgrading all the packages to the
versions from 13.2. But that may not be a working way, if I
understand you correctly...

Picking out the security relevant updates would mean manual
intervention.
