Initial Utgard and Midgard KMPs are now available in:

https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/devel:ARM:Factory:Contrib:Mali

They're my first KMPs, so there may be some packaging glitches, but at
least they finally build now, for both Tumbleweed and Leap. Untested.

In order to actually try them, you'll need a Device Tree with Mali node
added according to the bindings in the tarball. I.e., either patch your
SoC's .dtsi file and build a new .dtb for your board or, maybe easier
looking forward, extend your local boot.scr script to insert that node
at boot time via "dtb" commands.

Not yet packaged is xf86-video-mali, so you'll need to use fbdev.

With those KMPs in place, I have double-checked that cubieboard and
cubieboard2 images are getting built in Factory:

https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory:ARM/JeOS-cubieboard
https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Factory:ARM/JeOS-cubieboard2

There was no link diff even for using the local Contrib repo, so
entirely duplicate apparently. The Wiki page pointed to the official
location, so did not need an update for dropping them.

https://en.opensuse.org/HCL:CubieBoard
https://en.opensuse.org/HCL:CubieBoard2

kernel-source and kernel-sun4i (3.4.29) failed to build due to mali and
gcc5 respectively, so dropping them now. Board support will be broader
in the Tumbleweed kernel, and Mali functionality can be added via KMP.

u-boot-hyundaia7hd failed to build due to gcc5, and
https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/359208 has been reviewed by
Guillaume and is just waiting on Dirk to accept and set up the _link, so
dropping it here.

https://en.opensuse.org/Category:ARM_devices does not list an HCL page
for that device that would need updating.

This brings :Factory:Contrib:sunxi down to zero packages, saving on our
precious build power and making room for any temporary Pine64 packages.

Cheers,
Andreas
