For 13.2 a downstream USB driver was added (USB_EHCI_HCD_SYNOPSYS) for the Juno board (boo#902632). With 4.6 that driver no longer builds.
A check of arch/arm64/boot/dts/arm/juno-base.dtsi indicates that it is using the "generic-ehci" compatible string, i.e. not this driver.
