Apparently you missed the Sep 5 thread about the new bcm43xx-firmware package, which installs those files. :) Seems it is not yet getting pre-installed in the image, will submit a fix for the JeOS package. My guess would be the .dtb file is out of sync with the 42.2 kernel.
