For RPi2 please see the recent announcement: https://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-arm/2016-10/msg00104.html For RPi3 we have no official Tumbleweed image yet, but you can take the :Contrib:RaspberryPi3 image {JeOS,...}-raspberrypi3_aarch64 (a hybrid of Leap 42.2 kernel and Tumbleweed userspace) and switch to the latest Tumbleweed 4.8 kernel as detailed in the P.S. above.
