If I try to download this file direct, the entire file seems not to be gotten. I get 40726634 bytes. But the Details in the download page claims: Size: 39M (40759402 bytes) Last modified: Thu, 08 Dec 2016 09:13:34 GMT (Unix time: 1481188414) Other files seem ok. It is just this one that is a problem. I have tried accessing it from various computers, and it has this problem from all of them.
