The Contrib uses both

http://download.opensuse.org/ports/aarch64/tumbleweed/images - and -
https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/ARM:/Factory:/Contrib:/
RaspberryPi3/standard/

for building the image, although it does not add the second to the zypper 
repos.
