Hi Alexander, I do not know how to do it via command line, but you can add the Leap 15.0 Ports repo via Web interface by clicking on "Expert mode" at the bottom of the "Add Repositories" page. Then type in "openSUSE:Leap:15.0:Ports" as project name and "ports" as repository name.
