I did a test with the newest KDE Tumbleweed image for the Raspberry Pi 4B, Snapshot20200612. I noticed it is using the newest kernel 5.7.1.
Apart from some warning about obsolete use of /var/run instead of /run the system started OK, except the main process sddm did start, but there was no login screen to start a Plasma session. I made a bugreport: https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1172924 It also does not show the Wi-Fi device.
