+ Starting with CMake 3.14, EXCLUDE_FROM_ALL now spreads from
+ directories to targets. 'make -C someSubdir' when 'someSubdir'
+ uses the 'EXCLUDE_FROM_ALL' keyword does nothing.
+- Remove unneeded CMake commands.
