+ + See main gstreamer package for changelog.
+- Drop upstream fixed patches:
+ + fix-Werror=return-type.patch.
+ + gst-bad-Fix-compilation-with-openh264-v2.0.patch.
+ + gst-plugins-bad-do-not-retry-downloads-during-shutdown.patch.
+- Following the above, drop libtool BuildRequires and autoreconf
