+- Replace rsvg-view with rsvg-convert BuildRequires: rsvg-view is
+ no longer available, and rsvg-convert is what configure checks
+ for anyway. Switch hicolor-icon-theme Requires for BuildRequires,
+ needed now that we no longer pull rsvg-view.
