According to my understanding of the GPL, if there is a GPL kernel
driver that interacts somehow with a binary-only user-level program,
this would be fine - and Novell could add the GPL kernel driver in any
case - and the binary-only user-level program if we have the rights to
distribute it (note: it would go to the FACTORY-EXTRA tree),
