I am hosting the delta-iso and seem to be the only one. Unfortunatly I do
not have much upload.

Yes. What I do is the follwong: I use Azureus. First I launch the torrent,
then I do something like:
for I in `seq 5`;do wget -c ftp://example.com/dir/file-delta${I}.iso;done

Then when the first file is downloaded, I halt the Aureus download,
overwrite the azureus download with the file that is complete, rightclick
on it and do a Force-recheck and launch the Azureus one again.

This untill all are done. Also at the same time I do an applydeltaiso.
