No. What you do is if you have the delta5 iso's, you do:
applydeltaiso <oldiso> <deltaiso> <newiso>
or
applydeltaiso the_ones_you_have delta_iso the_one_you_want_to_create
or
applydeltaiso beta5_cd1.iso beta6_delta_cd1.iso beta6_cd1.iso
