I think it is about 0%. People who read release notes are a minority, no
matter where they are. During the installation on the left side you have
an explanation of what is what.
I have been next to a person during installation and he asked me questions
that were answered in that text. Even when I told him where the text was,
he did not read it. That is reality.
You must just asume that people don't read it.
