That is sort of little information. What version do you use? Anyway, at this moment you should try to use y2pmsh (if not installed try to install using rpm -i packagename.rpm) Yast, rug and all the others are a bit broken at the moment. (you can use rug also: http://en.opensuse.org/Factory_via_rug) but that takes a long time and if you add the services it looks like rug hangs but it just takes a looooooong time.
